Luna and the Lost Star
In a small village where the sky was always filled with twinkling stars, lived a little girl named Luna. She loved watching the stars every night from her window, imagining stories about each one.
One evening, as she was gazing at the sky, she noticed something strange—one of the stars was missing! Right where the brightest star used to shine, there was only darkness.
Determined to find out what happened, Luna grabbed her lantern and set off on an adventure. She walked through the whispering forest, past the talking river, and climbed up the tallest hill. At the very top, she saw something shimmering in the grass.
It was the lost star! But it wasn’t glowing. It was small, tired, and cold.
“Oh no! You’ve fallen from the sky,” Luna said gently, picking up the little star.
The star twinkled weakly and whispered, “I got lost and don’t know how to get back.”
Luna thought for a moment, then had an idea. She ran to the village and gathered lanterns, candles, and fireflies. Everyone helped light up the night, making a bright path back to the sky.
With a happy sparkle, the little star floated up, following the glowing trail until it reached its place among the other stars. It twinkled brightly once again, and the sky was whole.
From that night on, the brightest star always shined a little extra, as if winking at Luna for helping it find its way home.
The End. ✨🌙
