Samsung is prepared to release the most recent version of its skin for its best-selling mid-range smartphones from last year, following the fix made to the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy S22 family last week.
Samsung Galaxy A54 and A34 receive One UI 6.1 update
Thus, in the home country of the company, South Korea, both the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy A34 are currently receiving the One UI 6.1 update.
Naturally, no Galaxy AI features will be available for these two with the update, as those are still reserved for Samsung’s flagship lines (the S-series and the foldables).
The Galaxy A54, known as the Galaxy Quantum 4 in Korea, has a new version called A546SKSU4CXDC, while the A34 has A346NKSU5CXD5.
Even though it is already May, both of these have the April 2024 security patch level, so we’re not sure how Samsung will handle this. Will it release a separate update this month with the May security patch, or will it wait until June and go straight to that?
Now that things are moving forward at last, One UI 6.1 will soon be available for Galaxy A54 and A34 devices in other markets as well.
