(6/13)/(6/12)
when dividing a fraction by a fraction, just take the fraction in the denominator (bottom), invert it (take its reciprocal), and multiply it by the fraction in the numerator (top):
(6/13)/(6/12)
invert the denominator:
(6/12) => (12/6)
now multiply the inverted denominator by the numerator:
(6/13) * (12/6)
(6/13) * (2)
(12/13)
that wasn’t so bad huh?

13 Divided By 6

6/13 divided by 6/12 = 12/13

When you have a fraction divided by another fraction simply change the divide sign to a times by sign and flip the second fraction over.
So 6/13 divided by 6/12 becomes
6/13 times by 12/6 , then simply times the top numbers together and the bottom numbers together to get your answer.
(6×12)/(13×6) and theres your answer 🙂

First of all, find the common denominator by multiplying 13 x 12, which is 156.Now add the two top numbers, which is 12 and the answer is 12/156. And then how many 12’s are there is 156?? Just divide 156 by 12, and you get13. So, 13 is the final answer.

Just flip the second fraction and multiply it. 6/13 X 12/6 Then, simplify it. To make it easier, you could simplify it before flipping it and multiplying it. 6/12 becomes 1/2. 1/2 becomes 2/1 (flipping) – 2/1 X 6/13 (multiplying) = 12/13. can’t simplify it any further. That’s your answer.

Turn the the second fraction upside down, then just multiply.
6/13 x 12/6

613 divided 612
